ALL-ON-4® is a full-arch dental implant technique that replaces an entire row of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, permanent prosthetic supported by just four titanium implants. Unlike traditional approaches that require one implant per tooth, ALL-ON-4® is engineered for efficiency without compromising results.
Two implants are placed straight in the front, and two are angled at up to 45° in the posterior — maximizing contact with available bone and eliminating the need for bone grafting in most cases. The result is immediate stability and a same-day functional bite.

Four titanium implants are precisely placed in your jawbone using Dr. Fien's surgical guides. Two implants are angled posteriorly to maximize bone contact and eliminate the need for grafting in most cases.
While you rest at home, our lab works overnight crafting your custom FienoSmile™ prosthetic — precision-milled to match your digital scan exactly.
You return the following morning. Dr. Fien attaches your permanent prosthetic, adjusts the bite, and sends you home with a complete, beautiful new smile.
